隐私说明 Privacy Notice

我们保存的数据

为提供服务，我们保存你登记的邮箱、上传的音频、生成的作品、播放与选择等产品使用信号、你主动提交的反馈，以及保障安全和稳定所需的有限技术日志。邮箱不会显示给其他用户。

We store your registered email, uploaded audio, generated works, product-use signals such as plays and choices, feedback you submit, and limited technical logs needed for security and reliability. Your email is not shown to other users.

用途与共享

这些数据用于提供私密创作空间、生成和导出作品、学习你的混音偏好、处理反馈与保障服务。我们不会出售你的邮箱或音频，也不会把上传内容公开。只有在你勾选“产品更新”时，我们才会把邮箱用于少量产品更新或测试邀请。

We use this data to provide your private workspace, generate exports, learn your mix preferences, handle feedback, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell your email or audio, and uploads are not made public. Product-update emails are only permitted when you opt in.

保存期限

源音频和登记信息会保留到你删除它们；完成作品默认保留 30 天，失败任务默认保留 24 小时。删除后的数据可能继续存在于最多 30 天的轮换备份中，随后随备份到期清除。

Source audio and registration data remain until you delete them. Completed works are normally retained for 30 days and failed jobs for 24 hours. Deleted data may remain in rotating backups for up to 30 days before expiry.

浏览器身份与删除

当前早测空间绑定本浏览器的必要 Cookie，线上会话最长 30 天。清除 Cookie、换设备或会话过期后，目前不能仅凭邮箱找回原空间。你可以在“歌曲与存储”中删除单首歌曲或删除全部私密数据；后者也会删除邮箱登记。

This beta uses an essential browser cookie, with a production session lasting up to 30 days. Clearing cookies, changing devices, or session expiry currently prevents email-only recovery. “Songs & storage” lets you delete a track or all private data, including the email registration.

02 · TERMS

试用条款 Trial Terms

• 你必须年满 18 岁，并仅上传你有权分析、处理和导出的音乐。
• 不得上传违法、侵权、恶意或用于破坏服务的内容，也不得规避配额或自动化滥用接口。
• 每个试用空间最多保留 5 首个人上传歌曲。Starter Library 不计入该数量。
• 这是早期测试服务，可能调整、暂停或出现错误；它不是永久备份，请自行保留原文件和重要作品。
• 你保留对上传内容的权利，并授权 MIXSEED 在提供本次服务所必需的范围内处理它。

• You must be at least 18 and may only upload music you have the right to analyze, process, and export.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or disruptive content, evade quotas, or automate abusive requests.
• Each trial space may retain up to 5 personally uploaded tracks. Starter Library tracks do not count toward this limit.
• This is an early beta that may change, pause, or fail. It is not permanent backup storage; keep your own originals and important works.
• You retain your rights and grant MIXSEED only the processing permission required to provide the service.

如你认为服务中的内容侵犯权利，或发现滥用，请通过播放器“歌曲与存储”中的反馈入口提交“问题：”开头的说明，并包含相关作品、权利依据和可联系信息。我们会核查并在必要时限制或删除相关数据。

To report infringement or abuse, use the feedback control under “Songs & storage,” start the message with “Bug:” or “问题：”, and include the relevant work, basis of your claim, and contact details. We will review and restrict or remove data when appropriate.

04 · CONTACT

联系与变更 Contact & changes

当前联系入口为产品内反馈。条款发生实质变化时，我们会更新页面顶部版本日期，并要求新用户同意新版；付费或大规模开放前会补充正式主体和专用联系渠道。

The current contact channel is in-product feedback. Material changes update the version date above and require new users to accept the new version. Formal operator identity and a dedicated contact channel will be added before paid or large-scale release.
